[Problema] 2 Erros Flap Tank e Valve N249

Bom galera, estou com 2 erros no carro, o carro as vezes da uma amarrada na rotação e segura a velocidade, ocorreu principalmente depois de usar o carro por mais de 2h.... mas os erros ja foram apagados e retornaram...hoje achei um plug quebrado ( conforme fotos ) não sei se ele tem algo haver... primeiro, segue log do vag:

Não tenho certeza mas pelo nome e um dispositivo eletrô - mecânico que ajusta a cronometragem (timing) de eixo de comando de válvulas

Amanhã vou observar se ela esta fechando ou não! Já vi uma vez eu trancar o carro enquanto abastecia e o cara puxar ela com o dedo pra destravar, quase matei o cara mano
