esses dias o @[member="della"] tomou iniciativa postou para vocês ensinando o ajuste da transmissão 02E , DSG .. créditos a ele quem lembrou disso..

bastante gente as vezes desliga bateria ou desconecta algum conector do motor .
ai vai a dica faça um ajuste básico do motor completo ..

são os mesmos procedimentos do que tenho da audi .. esta na mesma fonte que o Della extraio o da transmissão !
tem ate um video bacana ,,

este ajuste regula todos os parametros de injeção , recalibra o modulo ..


Basic Setting Throttle Body
Prerequisites:
  • Ignition ON
  • Engine OFF
  • System voltage at least 11.0 V.

Group 060
[Go!]
Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
Wait until Field 4 shows "ADP. O.K.".
[Done, Go Back]
[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]

  • Switch Ignition OFF.

Kick Down
Prerequisites:
  • Ignition ON
  • Engine OFF
  • System voltage at least 11.0 V.
[Select]

Group 063
[Go!]
Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
Press the pedal to the floor and hold it there for at least 2 seconds.
Observe Field 4, once the adaptation is successfully done it should show "ADP. O.K.".

  • Switch Ignition OFF.
Fuel Pump
Prerequisites:
  • Ignition ON
  • Engine ON
  • System voltage at least 11.0 V.

  • Switch Ignition OFF for at least 60 seconds.
Notes:
  • The newer timing chain driven engines which were phased in during model year 2009 the engine may need to be running at idle. Common examples of these engine codes include CCTA, CBFA and CCTA.
  • Never run Basic Settings with the IMRC motor linkage disconnected from the intake manifold. It may damage the new part.
Readiness
Prerequisites:
  • Ignition ON
  • Engine at idle
  • No fault codes

Activate the Basic Setting.

Firmly press Brake Pedal and Throttle Pedal (Full Throttle) at once to activate the basic setting.
Field 1 shows the steps counter, which counts down to 0 - then setting readiness is done.
Stay on the pedals as long as the procedure lasts.

Special Functions Checking Fuel Pressure
Prerequisites:
  • Ignition ON
  • Engine ON (Idle)

  • Coolant Temperature at least 80 °C

Field 1: Fuel Pressure (Low), Specification: 2800...7200 mbar
Field 2: Fuel Pump Adaptation, Specification: -1000...+1000 %

Field 2: Fuel Rail,Pressure (actual): 55% or below is normal at idle
  • 55% to 60% is a gray area, it may be okay, but may indicate a problem
  • Above 60% implies there is a failure or restriction
    Causes of low pressure can include kinks or restrictions in fuel lines
  • Fuel filter issues including restricted/clogged or incorrect part number
  • Failing lift pump in fuel tank. We have seen numerous cases of sub-standard quality "factory" replacements in "factory boxes" that were obtained from aftermarket sources and are not sourced from official dealers. This led to troubleshooting problems that were solved by installing correct factory parts. We encourage customers to only install lift pump and fuel filter sourced directly from a VW/Audi dealer.
